Who We Are

Gersonde Consulting was built on more than 15 years of hands-on experience across the sports industry. Our work is grounded in a career that began at the intern level and progressed through college athletics, minor league organizations, and exposure to the major league environment—providing a practical understanding of how revenue teams operate at different stages of organizational maturity.

The foundation of that experience was built in minor league sports, where responsibilities were broad, expectations were high, and results mattered. That experience included leading sales teams, building internal processes, and directing day-to-day efforts that contributed to team and league revenue records. Individual sales goals were consistently met or exceeded, reinforcing a foundation of accountability, structure, and execution.

We’ve been in the seat. We’ve carried a quota, managed pipelines, led teams, and operated inside the realities of live sales environments. That firsthand experience is what informs our work today.

Our approach is operational by design. We believe strong sales performance is not driven by motivation alone, but by clear processes, disciplined execution, and accountability at every step. While relationship-based selling remains central to our philosophy, those relationships are supported by structure, repeatable workflows, and measurable standards that allow teams to operate with consistency and clarity.
